What we can help with
HoroscopeAura is a small publisher running one tool, so the enquiries we are able to answer are specific:
- How the tool works — questions about the sun-sign calculation, the trait and focus-area content, or anything on the homepage that seems unclear.
- Content accuracy — a claim on one of our pages that seems out of date or incorrect.
- Privacy requests — access, deletion, correction or opt-out requests under the rights set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Accessibility — anything on this site that is difficult to read, navigate or operate with assistive technology.
- Legal and rights — questions about the terms on which this site is offered, covered in our Terms and Conditions.
What we cannot help with
We do not offer astrology, financial, legal, medical or psychological advice of any kind, and we cannot provide a personal consultation or a reading beyond what the tool already generates from your birth date. There is no purchase, account or subscription associated with this site, so there is nothing to bill, refund or cancel.
Response expectations
Written enquiries sent by email are normally acknowledged within two business days, and substantive replies follow as quickly as the question allows. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy. Enquiries received over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day.
Telephone enquiries are answered during United States business hours. Email is usually the quicker route for readers outside those hours.
